Hi darlings! My name is Romie, and I’m the Bridal Manager and Master Stylist at Ella Blu. I’m originally from beautiful Guadalajara, Mexico, but El Paso has been home for the past 20 years.

I met my husband through a friend, and after dating long-distance for seven months, we knew it was meant to be—we got married! I truly believe in love and adore a good love story. Together with our son and two pampered pups, we’ve built a home full of love. I'm also lucky to have a second family at Ella Blu, where every day is a celebration.

I grew up working alongside my mother in our family’s boutique, specializing in daywear and eveningwear. After moving to El Paso and falling in love with Say Yes to the Dress, I found my calling in bridal. When the opportunity to join Ella Blu came along, I knew it was meant to be. Helping brides bring their vision to life and being a part of their special day is an honor I treasure deeply.

When I’m not at the boutique, I enjoy spending time with my family, going on long walks with my dogs, and singing—I could sing all day long!

Hi! I'm Bethani — born and raised in our beautiful city of El Paso. My love for fashion began as soon as I could walk, talk, and dress myself! I've always been a creative, artsy soul, and fashion has truly been a lifelong passion of mine.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design, along with an Associate's degree in Marketing, from my alma mater, New Mexico State University. During my studies, I had the amazing opportunity to study abroad in Florence, Italy—a dream come true for any fashion lover! I also bring over six years of experience in bridal and fashion retail to the table.

My love for bridal stems from my parents, who have been happily married for 34 years. Their beautiful relationship is what inspires me to celebrate love and help other couples start their journeys. Bridal is where fashion meets forever, and I absolutely love helping brides find the dress that makes them feel confident, radiant, and truly themselves.

And when I'm not in the boutique, you can usually find me spending time with my sweet pitbull, Dior—my stylish sidekick and constant source of joy.

Hey friends! I’m Megan—born and raised on the beautiful coast of Maine, and now soaking up the sunshine in El Paso! I met my husband freshman year at the University of Maine at Machias, we got married 10/19/2024, and we have the sweetest 2-year-old boy who keeps us on our toes.

Before joining the incredible team at Ella Blu, I worked as a wedding planner, which is where I first discovered my passion for all things bridal. When it came time to find my own wedding dress, I shopped at Ella Blu and fell in love with the atmosphere so much that I knew I had to be a part of it. That experience inspired me to help other brides feel just as special and cared for.

My favorite part of working in bridal is getting to celebrate such a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime moment with my brides and forming real connections with them along the way. There’s nothing better than watching someone light up when they find the dress.

When I’m not at the shop, you can find me on the soccer field, or spending quality time with my family.

Hi! I’m Marcela—born in El Paso, Texas, and currently living just across the border in Juárez, Mexico.

I’m a proud Jackie of all trades! My career path has taken me through nursing, makeup artistry, and fashion consulting at a boutique, and for the past 10 years, I’ve been lucky enough to work as a bridal stylist.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me traveling the world (ask me about Madrid—one of my favorites!), spending time with my two adorable fur babies, Porfirio and Stoli, or getting creative with DIY projects—especially around Christmas. I also love cooking healthy meals and never say no to a good meal prep session!

What I love most about bridal is helping my brides feel confident, empowered, and beautiful in their own skin. There’s nothing more fulfilling than watching someone light up when they find the dress.
